Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course offered by NCPSS. By registering, attending, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.


1. About NCPSS

NCPSS (National Curriculum for Primary and Secondary Studies) is an online educational service delivered under the National Sadaqa Foundation UK. We provide academic support for children across primary and secondary levels, including preparation for national assessments.

Our subjects include:

  • GCSE Level: Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics

  • Primary & Key Stage Learning:

    • Year 3 to Year 6 English and Mathematics

    • Key Stage 2 (KS2) core subject preparation

    • Year 6 SATs Focus

    • Intensive crash revision classes for exams

All courses are delivered online via Zoom, and learning materials are provided to enrolled students.


2. Eligibility

To enroll in our programs:

  • Students must be in the appropriate age or year group for their selected course.

  • Parental consent is required for students under 18 years of age.

  • Students must have access to a stable internet connection and a compatible device for Zoom classes.


3. Enrollment & Access

  • Enrolment is confirmed only upon full payment or agreed instalments.

  • Zoom class links and resources are shared via email prior to course start.

  • Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

  • NCPSS may change course schedules, instructors, or content to improve quality or adapt to unforeseen changes.


4. Fees & Payments

  • All course fees must be paid in full before the course begins unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees are stated in GBP (£) and may change with prior notice.

  • Promotions or discounts, when available, are time-limited and non-transferable.


5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided once a student has started the course, regardless of attendance, progress, or completion.

  • Refund requests made before the course starts may be considered at the discretion of NCPSS.


6. Code of Conduct

Students and parents are expected to:

  • Respect instructors, classmates, and support staff at all times.

  • Maintain a safe and supportive online learning environment.

  • Not record or share class content or Zoom links without written permission.

  • Participate responsibly and avoid disruptions during sessions.

NCPSS reserves the right to suspend or remove a student from a course without refund for breaching these expectations.


7. Study Materials & Intellectual Property

All resources, lesson plans, slides, and recordings provided by NCPSS remain the intellectual property of the organization or its tutors. Students and families may not:

  • Share or distribute materials outside the enrolled household.

  • Use any content for commercial or non-educational purposes.


8. Liability Disclaimer

NCPSS is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues (e.g., internet disconnection or software problems) on the student’s side.

  • Missed classes or assignments due to student absence.

  • Any academic outcomes beyond our reasonable control.


9. Amendments to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our official website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
